Bank of America Buys Naming Rights for Charlotte, N.C., Stadium

Jan. 16--Bank of America Corp. is expected to announce this morning that it is buying the naming rights to Ericsson Stadium, to be called Bank of America Stadium beginning next season.

The Charlotte bank would not comment Friday morning prior to the 10:30 a.m. news conference. The Charlotte Business Journal reported the deal is worth at least $140 million.
