San Diego Discount Apparel Retailer Files for Chapter 11; Stores Stay Open
Jan. 14--Factory 2-U, the discount apparel retailer, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday after enduring a threadbare holiday season and a series of quarterly losses.
