Accredited to Present Jan. 20th before San Diego Analysts

SAN DIEGO, Jan 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. (Nasdaq: LEND), a national non-prime residential mortgage lender based here, will present before the Jan. 20, 2004 meeting of The Financial Analysts Society of San Diego (www.fassd.org).

The analyst group meeting will begin at 12:45 p.m. (PST) at the Marriott Hotel -- Del Mar, 11966 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130.

Founded in 1962, the San Diego Society is a full member of AIMR (www.aimr.org), formerly the Financial Analysts Federation. There are over 300 members, including security analysts, portfolio managers, bankers, and other investment professionals. More than 50 per cent hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA(R)) designation.

Ray McKewon, a co-founder of Accredited who serves as the company's executive vice president, secretary and a director, will address the group.

Previously, Mr. McKewon was managing partner of the Enterprise Management Company, a venture capital firm that he also founded. He is also a director of American Residential Investment Trust, Inc., a mortgage banking company listed on the American Stock Exchange. He earned a BA degree in English and BS in mathematics from the University of Oklahoma (1970) and an MBA from Pepperdine University (1975).
